Benedictine Madonna Summit is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to interact with residents, serving meals and providing an engaging dining experience that respects individual preferences and dietary needs.

You will maintain cleanliness, operate and sanitize kitchen equipment, follow food-safety guidelines, and participate in all culinary trainings as part of our not-for-profit care team in Byron, Minnesota. This role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork within a compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas for residents.
