Job summary

Benedictine seeks a friendly Culinary Services Aide to serve meals and create an engaging dining experience for residents in Winona, Minnesota. You will help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure meals meet dietary needs and safety standards in a not-for-profit senior care setting.

You will operate and clean kitchen equipment, participate in trainings, and support the dining team as part of a compassionate, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Food service experience required or preferred.
• Enjoys working with senior residents.
