Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Culinary Service Cook in Minnesota to prepare, serve, and coordinate meals for residents, guests, and staff, ensuring dietary needs are met when directed. The role emphasizes dignity and resident choice in every service.

You will work with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to uphold standards of cost, quality, and portion control, supporting therapeutic diets and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
