Job Description

The Culinary Service Cook is responsible for preparing, serving, and overseeing food services for residents, guests, and staff. Under the guidance of the Culinary Services Director and in coordination with the interdisciplinary team, the cook aims to enhance residents’ acceptance and compliance, especially those on therapeutic diets. The role involves maintaining food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls, and providing meal options that respect residents' preferences and dignity.
