Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide to support meal preparation and service for residents, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and dietary standards.

You will assist the cook, follow established policies, and help maintain high food service quality while promoting resident dignity and choice in dining experiences.

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Culinary Service Aide

Part-Time AM/PM and ONC

Description

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.
