Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Rochester, MN is seeking a friendly Culinary Services Aide to greet residents, serve meals, and create an engaging dining experience that honors individual preferences and supports comfort and dignity in daily living.

You will follow food safety and dietary guidelines, help maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, operate and sanitize equipment, and participate in ongoing training to ensure high-quality service and compassionate care for our senior residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service settings.
• Interest in serving senior residents.
