Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Service Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service aligned with scheduled mealtimes. You will follow policies for the Culinary Services Department and promote standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls while preserving resident dignity.

The role focuses on providing meals that meet residents' desires and offering as much choice as possible, within Monarch's care environment across Minnesota facilities.

Formación

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
