Responsibilities

• Direct daily coverage to complete work assignments and reassign duties as needed.
• Orient new team members on procedures and equipment use.
• Welcome residents and guests, coordinate seating, and engage professionally.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Facilitate to-go/take-out orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Audit side jobs and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Prepare room service orders and expedite delivery.
• Clear tables and arrange settings efficiently.
