Job summary

The role involves following safety protocols, adhering to the uniform policy, and participating in kitchen cleaning and organization. You will work under the supervision of the manager, contribute to consistent quality, and help deliver meals on schedule

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling and storage
• Follow uniform policy and maintain hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
