Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule and follows Chef guidance.
• Prepares items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Tastes and inspects prepared meals for quality and portion control.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and stores items per policy.
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
