Diamond Baseball Holdings seeks an experienced Culinary & Operations Manager for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, overseeing kitchen operations, production scheduling, food quality, inventory, and staff supervision for game days and major stadium events.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced venue, with offseason involvement in event planning, menu development, and staff training to prepare for the next season.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in culinary operations, kitchen management, catering, or high-volume food service.
• Experience with inventory management, product ordering and food cost controls.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Lead food preparation and production for game days and events; meet service timelines.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support kitchen staff; maintain quality and sanitation standards.
