The Culinary Manager leads all aspects of culinary operations within the assisted living community, creating exceptional dining experiences that promote resident satisfaction, well-being, and quality of life. This hands‑on leader oversees food preparation, menu execution, kitchen operations, and presentation while ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and tailored to the needs and preferences of residents.
