Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server in Middleton, WI. This part-time role supports preparation, distribution and service of meals to residents, families and staff, while promoting resident well-being.

Wage range is $15.45–$18.80 per hour based on experience. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, senior living experience, teamwork, and strong computer skills. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
