NHC HealthCare McMinnville is seeking a Dietary Aide to support production and service of patient meals at our McMinnville, TN facility. The role requires knowledge of therapeutic diets, reading recipes, and strong customer service.

Competenze

• Interest in food service and caring for geriatric patients.
• Willing to learn food preparation and cooking skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diet information.
• Ability to read and interpret standardized recipes.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks daily.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to read chemical labels and MSDS sheets.
• Good mental and physical condition.
• Cooperative with dietary and other departments.
• Available to work scheduled shifts on time.
• May need Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course as required by state regulations.
• Must work under supervision.
