Job summary

Majestic Care of Terre Haute is seeking a Culinary Aide to support Nutrition Services under supervision of the Director of Nutrition and Food Services, handling various diets and tray-line service while engaging with residents.

You will operate dish machines, assist with food prep, maintain sanitary work areas, deliver meals, and help with special events, always upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Knowledge of tray line service and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and food service equipment.
• Assist with tray line assembly and restorative dining programs.
• Food preparation as assigned.
• Maintain sanitary preparation and service areas.
• Deliver meals to resident locations and communicate with staff.
• Adhere to serving times and CCP guidelines.
