Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Culinary Aide at Maple Park Village in Westfield, IN to assist with meal prep, service, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will support culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and ensure safe, nutritious meals.

Responsibilities include preparing and portioning menu items, setting up service trays, collecting soiled dishes, and keeping equipment sanitary. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred (not required)
• Commitment to customer service
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders

Join the ASC Team as a Culinary Aide where you will contribute to ensuring our residents receive safe, nutritious and delicious meals by assisting with meal prep and service and helping to maintain a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Server include:

• Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling, unless required by State and Federal agencies. Certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.

• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside culinary team and leaders.
