Responsibilities

• Submit candidate information for HR onboarding and maintain accurate hiring trackers.
• Prepare and submit job descriptions for open, rotating, and closed requisitions.
• Issue offer letters upon approval from hiring managers.
• Support internal transfers, including department and site transitions within Compass.

Job Summary

Recruitment & Hiring Support

Review candidate resumes and track applicant progress through internal systems

Monitor candidate pipelines and follow up to provide support throughout the hiring process

Coordinate and schedule pre-screenings, in-person, and virtual interviews with culinary leadership

Submit candidate information for HR onboarding and maintain accurate hiring trackers

Prepare and submit job descriptions for open, rotating, and closed requisitions

Issue offer letters upon approval from hiring managers

Support internal transfers, including department and site transitions within Compass

Administrative Support

Provide translation support for meetings, documents, and communications as needed

Assist culinary team members with timekeeping, payroll schedules, and general inquiries

Support creative and administrative projects as assigned by Executive and Sous Chefs

Maintain accurate time records, including correcting punch discrepancies

Event Day Operations

Coordinate set-up and breakdown of event day check-in areas

Partner with staffing agencies to ensure smooth check-in operations

Collaborate with HR to confirm check-in schedules and staffing timelines

Verify temporary staff counts and ensure proper credentialing for venue access

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
