Job summary

Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, dependable caregivers with reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and communicate updates.
- CNA/GNA/HHA/PCA certification is a plus, CPR/First Aid helpful.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships through companionship and conversation.
- Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
- Support family caregivers with safe care techniques.
- Follow each client's care plan with dignity and respect.
