Job summary

QUAIL & MANNA INC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to support seniors and people with disabilities. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship to improve clients' quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, reliable, and able to follow health and safety guidelines. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
