Job summary

Basalite Building Products, LLC is seeking an Operator to run and maintain palletizing equipment on the plant floor. The role supports safety, quality, and efficiency while upholding Core Values and working swing hours with a $16.50-$18.50 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities include learning block products, operating the cuber and wrapper, and assisting the Machine Operator as needed. Regular attendance and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required.
• On-the-job training may be provided.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cuber and wrapper safely and report problems to supervision.
• Learn block product details, sizes and color specifics.
• Assist the Machine Operator during downtime when needed.
• Keep area clean and organized during shifts.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety rules.
