Description: Cub Club Aid

Job Summary: The Cub Club Aid assists in providing a safe, supportive, and engaging before and afterschool experience for elementary-aged students enrolled in the Cub Club program. Working under the supervision of the Cub Club Coordinator and/or school administration, this position focuses on student supervision, positive interaction, and support of daily program activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred

• Ability to supervise groups of elementary-aged students

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, patient, and responsible

• Must meet district employment requirements, including background checks

Working Conditions:

• School-based environment

• Combination of indoor and outdoor settings

• Regular interaction with elementary-aged students

• Moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and light lifting

• May be exposed to typical school-related noise levels

• Work hours aligned with before- and afterschool program schedules

FLSA Status:Hourly, Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Wage: Starting at $16.94
