Responsabilidades

• Set up machine parameters from work orders for production runs.
• Configure CTS stations to specifications (socket type, BT rating, filter, etc.).
• Ensure station tooling is secure and adjusted to meet WIKA standards.
• Observe machine operation to verify accuracy and detect malfunctions with precision tools.
• Inspect first parts and continue checks; fine-tune settings for quality and safety.
• Complete changeovers as production schedule requires and maintain logs.

Our clientis seeking a CTS Machine Set Up Operator to join their team. As a CTS Machine Set Up Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow work order specifications to help ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Job Title: CTS Machine Set Up Operator

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)

What's the Job?

• Set up machine parameters to prepare for production runs using information from work orders.
• Configure CTS stations to proper specifications (including socket type, BT pressure rating, filter, pointer, case, dial, etc.).
• Ensure station tooling is secure and adjusted correctly so finished product meets WIKA standards.
• Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of settings and detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining/assembly using precision measuring devices and visual inspections.
• Inspect first parts and continue checking work pieces throughout the production run; fine-tune settings for optimum performance and safe operation.

What's Needed?

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills (typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent).
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle material up to 50 lbs with assistance from hand trucks, lifts, conveyors, and hoists.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to eight or more hours).
• Specific vision abilities, including color vision and the ability to distinguish between subsets of individual colors and quality of colors.
