Job summary

TechINT Solutions Group is actively seeking an Advisory and Assistance Services Project Lead to support the DTRA CTR S&E Department at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role is a full-time, on-site position requiring DoD program management expertise and a Secret clearance.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Government Project Officer, ensure timely deliverables, and manage contracts, budgets, and schedules while engaging with contractors and partners to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret Clearance required.
• Experienced with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tool suites.
• Ability to write for Senior Leaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management support for the full range of CT-SE deliverables across various missions and activities in one or more countries/projects.
• Develops and delivers briefings for senior DoD officials.
• Assists and advises the Project Officer in project execution, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Supports preparation of project milestone documents (PCN, RVR, Project Plans).
• Drafts contract documents for PR packages and other deliverables.
• Keeps Directors updated with weekly activity reports and metrics.
• Manages regional and country portfolios with cost/schedule/scope oversight.
