Job summary

AIS is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and lead the company’s technology and innovation strategy for interconnect solutions. The role drives platform innovation, architecture, and manufacturing integration to deliver high-yield, scalable products.

As an executive leader, the CTO will align advanced engineering with design standardization, automation, and market inflection points, ensuring rapid transitions from R&D to production and optimizing system-level performance across socket

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Roadmap Leadership: Define and own AIS technology strategy across socket and interconnect solutions.
• Socket Technology Leadership: Lead socket architecture, design, and performance innovation for ultra-high-speed data transmission and advanced thermal/mechanical performance.
• Advanced Engineering & Innovation Execution: Guide global engineering in SI/PI, mechanical, materials, and electrical disciplines; advance DFx and DFA practices.
• Socket-to-PCBA System Integration Leadership: Own end-to-end integration of socket solutions into AIS PCBA platforms with tight cross-domain collaboration.
• Design Standardization & Platform Architecture: Define reusable modules and standardized interfaces across socket, PCB, and system architectures.
• Manufacturing Optimization & Technology Transfer: Ensure manufacturability at scale, yield optimization, and cost-competitive design-to-manufacturing integration.
• Design for Automation Leadership: Define AIS DFA strategy for automated assembly, inline testing, and scalable high-volume manufacturing.
