Itcharm, a United States‑based technology company, seeks a Chief Technology Officer to own our global technology vision and execution while remaining hands‑on with critical systems. About the Role

As Chief Technology Officer, you will own our global technology vision and execution while remaining deeply hands‑on with the systems you lead. This is not a purely managerial role. You are expected to actively participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving — setting the standard for engineering excellence through direct involvement.

You will lead and scale the core engineering organization, serving as both a technical authority and a trusted executive partner to the CEO and leadership team. You will be responsible for building resilient platforms, developing strong engineering leaders, and ensuring that technology decisions align tightly with business priorities. Clear communication, calm leadership, and credibility earned through action are essential to success in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own long-term technology strategy across platforms, infrastructure, APIs, and developer tooling.
• Lead by example through hands‑on technical contribution, including architecture design, code review, and occasional direct coding where it drives impact.
• Build, mentor, and scale high‑performing engineering teams in Minsk and across the global footprint.
• Architect and oversee scalable APIs and services that support our connectivity, content, and commerce platforms with minimal friction.
• Establish and enforce modern engineering practices, including Agile development, CI/CD, testing standards, and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations leaders to translate business goals into technical execution.
• Communicate clearly and consistently on technology status, risks, tradeoffs, and progress to executives, investors, and internal teams.
• Own platform reliability and security, ensuring uptime, performance, and data protection across all systems.
• Drive cost‑effective technical decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Oversee DevOps and delivery workflows, ensuring teams ship reliably and predictably.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior engineering talent while strengthening leadership capacity within the organization.
