Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Cardio Thoracic ICU Registered Nurse for an assignment in New Haven, CT. The role requires 1 year of RN experience, CT license or compact license, and dual expertise in post-surgical cardiac care.

You will work a days shift (3, 12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00) on a 13-week assignment with Epic charting. Benefits and licensing support are provided by Aya. Start date: 10/23/2026.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required, CT ICU preferred.
• CT license or compact license required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Cardio Thoracic ICU in New Haven, CT.
• Manage ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, and post-CABG care.
• Administer medications and monitor cardiac status per protocol.
• Document accurately in Epic and coordinate with shifts.
