Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a Cyber Threat Intelligence and Security Operations leader to drive CTI strategy, incident response, and threat hunting. You will lead a team of analysts, integrate threat intel into detection, and communicate findings to executive stakeholders.

You will work on-site at our Colorado facility, collaborating across teams to strengthen defense postures, mentor Tier 1–3 staff, and deliver actionable intelligence to protect critical aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in security operations, threat analysis, incident response, or SOC environments.
• 3+ years in cyber threat intelligence analysis, production, and program management.
• Proven experience building or managing a CTI program.
• Strong background in intelligence analysis methodologies and the intelligence cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead CTI program, establishing strategy, processes, and capabilities.
• Develop CTI roadmap and align with risk priorities.
• Produce threat intelligence products including threat assessments and actor profiles.
• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis on threat actors and emerging threats.
• Lead incident response for escalated events and develop detection rules.
