Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned.
• ESL Supplemental certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in core academic subject areas following district guidelines.
• Develop and deliver lessons aligned with TEKS/ELPS and district policies.
• Administer ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instruction.
• Use instructional technology to enhance learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices and student outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Organize and prioritize responsibilities to meet campus and district goals.
• Support campus improvement plans and district programs.
