CT/Xray Technologist - Travel Contract

Job Duties

1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.
2. Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them.
3. Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images.
4. Operate X-ray equipment and adjust settings to ensure accurate images.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic evaluation.
7. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technician.
• Proficient in performing X-ray scans and interpreting results.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy.
• Experience with CT or other specialized imaging techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as an ER or urgent care setting.
• Knowledge of physiology and aseptic technique.
• Familiarity with scans or other advanced medical imaging technologies is a plus.
