Howard Head Sports Medicine in Vail, CO, seeks a CT/XR Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with CT and X-ray equipment across outpatient, inpatient, emergency and OR settings.

The role requires attention to patient safety, collaboration with radiologists and physicians, and adherence to radiation protection and quality standards. ARRRT CT and BLS credentials are required; one year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all CT examinations according to Vail Health protocols.
• Performs all Radiographic examinations according to Vail Health protocols.
• Operates large C-arm, O-arm, and G-arm under the direction of the surgeon.
• Reviews each examination for technical accuracy and communicates data to caregivers.
• Maintains department policies, safety, and radiation protection standards.
• Keeps the exam room stocked and neat.
