Job summary

Texas Health Mansfield is recruiting a part-time Radiologic Technologist for night shifts in Mansfield, TX. You will perform high-quality CT and radiographic examinations, review patient history, and document results in EMR/PACS according to protocols.

The role requires 1+ year radiologic experience, ARRT RT(R) and MRT licenses, and BLS certification. Strong patient communication and safety mindset are essential for care that aligns with our Christian mission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year radiologic experience
• Registered Technologist – Radiography RT(R) (ARRT) [Required]
• Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) - Texas Medical Board (TMB) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Ability to learn Radiology software packages, scanners and workstations, and EMR
• Must read/write/speak English well

Responsibilities

• Maintains exam rooms: clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Notifies when inventory is low and performs QC checks
• Reviews patient history to confirm exam appropriateness
• Performs CT and Radiographic exams per orders and protocols
• Documents in EMR and PACS promptly
• Educates patients about exams and maintains workflow
• Operates imaging equipment safely and adheres to ALARA principles
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare providers
• Other duties as assigned
