Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a CT/X-ray Technologist for PRN shifts at the Littleton, CO location. The role requires performing CT and X-ray procedures across patient ages, maintaining high-quality patient care, and supporting Joint Commission standards.

The candidate should hold ARRT radiography and CT certifications, be BLS certified, and have 1 year of diagnostic experience with CT preferred. This is a PRN position within HCA HealthONE Swedish’s radiology team.

Qualifications

• Registered in Radiography (R) and CT by ARRT, CE compliant.
• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
• One year diagnostic experience required; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray procedures for patients from newborn to adult.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team; maintain patient care quality.
• Possess independent critical thinking and willingness to cross-train to additional modalities.

Job Summary and Qualifications

*Position is PRN and is a CT/X-Ray Technologist role.

Will be located at Swedish Southwest ER at 6196 S. Ammons Way, Littleton, CO.

Responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all CT and X-Ray procedures. X-ray procedures include basic x-rays, fluoroscopy, C-Arms & OR Procedures and Portables. Communicates and works independently in performing all CT and X-Ray procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood. Prioritize, provides and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision and Values of the facility. Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations consistent with Joint Commission regulations and standards. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees as outlined in HealthONE’s Standards of Behavior. Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions. Must be willing to cross-train to one or more modalities as required.

What qualifications you will need:

• Solid to expert knowledge of all diagnostic procedures to include x-rays and Portables.
• Registered technologist with current certification in Radiography (R) and CT by ARRT REQUIRED and CE compliance.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• One-year diagnostic experience required. CT experience preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (CT) Computed Tomography, or (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
