Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with X-ray and CT experience for a permanent, full-time role in Slayton, MN. The position involves performing diagnostic imaging across X-ray and CT modalities, ensuring patient safety, and delivering compassionate care.

Excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential. The ideal candidate will have X-ray and CT experience, ARRT certification, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Previous CT experience must be listed on the work history.
• Must be comfortable performing CT scan procedures; CT certification is not required.
• Ability to complete and maintain 24 continuing education credits every 2 years.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT, and DEXA equipment.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Follow imaging protocols, safety standards, and departmental procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, radiologists, and other staff.
• Manage daily imaging department operations, scheduling, and workflow.
• Perform equipment maintenance, QA/QC procedures, and report malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (Epic).
• Respond to on-call imaging needs as required.
