Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Akron, OH is seeking a Full-time CT/X-ray Technologist to perform CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures. You will ensure patient safety, position patients correctly, and maintain imaging equipment in a collaborative healthcare setting.

The role requires ARRT Radiography, an Ohio radiologic license, and BLS certification, with preferred CT certification and 1+ year experience in CT and X-ray imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid Ohio Radiologic License.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety throughout all imaging processes.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in electronic medical records.
• Assist with contrast injections and monitor patients for reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images.
• Maintain compliance with safety, radiation protection, and infection control protocols.
