Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville is seeking a Certified Radiologic Technologist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves performing prescribed procedures for both inpatients and outpatients, alongside other assigned duties, with required weekday and weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, current ARRT registration, and certification from an accredited radiology technology school. A supportive leadership team and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Current registration with ARRT and state radiologic technologist license required.
• Certification from an accredited school of radiology technology is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed procedures for inpatients and outpatients.
• Execute other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Provide weekday/weekend coverage as necessary.

Skills

Read and write English at a high school level

Utilize radiographic and fluoroscopic machines

Use video recorder and darkroom processor

Operate telephone and computer

Responsibilities

Certified Radiologic Technologist who can perform prescribed procedures for inpatients and outpatients. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Weekday/Weekend coverage as needed. CT preferred but willing to train.

Qualifications

Education and Training:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have current registration with ARRT (American Registration of Radiologic Technologists) and current state radiologic technologist license in the state where facility resides.
• Must have attended and received certification/licensing from an accredited school of radiology technology.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to read and write English at a high school level.
• Must be able to utilize all equipment, including radiographic machine, fluoroscopic machine, video recorder, darkroom processor, film identification flasher, telephone, and computer.
