Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT and SCRQSA registration required with Radiography (R) and CT (C).
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality X-ray and CT procedures with patient care focus.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain cooperation and informed consent when needed.
• Verify patient information and prepare patients prior to examinations.
• Operate X-ray and CT equipment safely per protocols.
• Produce accurate diagnostic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
• Maintain competency across imaging procedures and equipment and follow radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to support accurate diagnoses and treatments.
• Adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies.
