Job summary

Bellingham Advanced Medical Imaging, LLC. in Mount Vernon, WA seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT and X-ray exams and interventional procedures, following site radiologist protocols.

You will ensure patient safety, provide care and education, and document procedures accurately while working well in a team. Requirements include WA State radiologic technologist certification, ARRT CT, BLS, and 2+ years CT experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed radiology technologist program.
• Current WA Radiologic Technologist certification.
• ARRT CT certification with CT specialization.
• BLS certification required by AHA.
• Minimum 2 years CT experience; X-ray experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging per site protocols and radiologist guidance.
• Perform X-ray imaging as ordered by referring physician.
• Ensure patient and staff radiation safety and protection.
• Explain procedures and obtain patient consent when needed.
• Maintain patient care, comfort and safety during exams.
• Enter images into PACS promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with staff to manage schedule and workflow.
• Adhere to departmental policies and participate in meetings.
