Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist – Outpatient at the South County Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM) in St. Louis, MO. This outpatient role focuses on CT imaging with day shift hours and a monthly Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, performing CT studies independently, and ensuring quality imaging across advanced modalities. Associate degree required; CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related field.
• Registered Radiography Technologist (RT(R)).
• CT Radiology Technologist certification preferred.
• 1 year CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs CT studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required.

Education

Associate degree or higher in related field

Position Details

• Day Shift : Mon -Fri (9:30am-6pm) with 1 Saturday per month (7am-3:30pm)

• CT Advanced Modality Cat Scan Technologist position

Experience

• CT Radiology Technologist - Certified (preferred)


• 1 year CT experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
