Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a CT Technologist/X-Ray Technologist to join a growing healthcare team in a modern Critical Access Hospital in Southern Minnesota. The role offers 10-hour day shifts, a supportive environment, and opportunities to work with advanced imaging technology.

The position requires ARRT registration and CT certification, Minnesota licensure or eligibility, and a patient-centric approach to imaging. On-site housing accommodations may be available for call coverage.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered radiologic technologist with CT certification.
• Minnesota license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of CT and diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and Diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Administer and monitor imaging procedures in accordance with radiation safety standards.
• Operate and maintain CT and radiographic equipment.
• Assist with C-Arm procedures in the Operating Room for pain management injections.

We are seeking a CT Technologist/X-Ray Technologist to join a patient-focused healthcare team in a modern Critical Access Hospital serving a close-knit community in Southern Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology while enjoying an excellent work-life balance, supportive leadership, and a collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Rotating Day Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Weekend and Holiday Call Rotation
• Overtime available after 48 hours
• Permanent overnight coverage in place Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and Diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
