Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital is hiring a Full-Time CT Technologist for a weekend option mid-shift at the St. Louis campus. The role includes performing CT and radiologic imaging for adult patients, with a 36-hour work week and no on-call requirements.

Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekend premium pay, and eligibility for relocation bonuses. ARRT or CT certifications and an associate degree in Radiologic Technology are preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT.
• Experience in CT, RT, X-ray or related medical imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in CT and other modalities as required.
• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures; conducts studies independently as needed.
• Maintains quality control and ensures safety protocols during imaging.

Preferred Qualifications

Role PurposePerforms diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
