Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology department at Anschutz Inpt Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The role involves reviewing patient history, initiating CT exams, and delivering high-quality imaging in a fast-paced setting.

Weekend nights, with a $50/hour pay and travel package, are available for 13-week assignments. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, 1 year of experience, ARRT registration or registry-eligibility with CT

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• One year of experience.
• ARRT-registered or registry eligible with completion within 12 months in CT.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images per physician order.
• Administers contrast media and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to changes in patient condition as appropriate.
• Implements techniques to yield image clarity and ensure equipment function.
• May perform 3-D post-processing and reporting of scan results.
