Job summary
Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced CT Technician to join our Illinois healthcare facility. You will interpret physician scan instructions, administer contrast, and operate CT equipment to deliver high-quality images.
The role requires 2 years of CT experience and relevant ARRT/JRCERT credentials, with on-site shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and a 40-hour work week. We offer competitive benefits, housing support for travelers, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience.
- JRCERT-accredited radiology program.
- ARRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- RT (R)(CT) credential.
- IEMA.
- Experience with GE CT scanners.
- IV start skills.
- Experience with stroke, chest pain, and trauma workups.
Responsibilities
- Interpret physician scanning instructions and ensure correct CT protocol.
- Administer contrast materials as ordered and monitor patient safety.
- Operate CT scanners and adjust imaging parameters for optimal results.
- Maintain patient positioning and provide compassionate care.
