Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale seeks an experienced CT Technologist for the day shift on a travel contract basis in Glendale, CA. The role involves performing CT imaging, fluoroscopy, and general radiography while ensuring high-quality images and patient privacy.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RT license with ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and venipuncture credentials. Prior PACS/teleradiology experience and a CA fluoroscopy license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT imaging experience.
• Valid California RT license and ARRT registration.
• BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Fluoroscopy license in California (as required).
• CT advanced certification preferred in California.
• Venipuncture certification required if administering contrast material.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures as assigned.
• Transfer and manage images using PACS and teleradiology systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records, files, and billing information.
• Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Manage imaging supplies and support patient care across adolescent through geriatric populations.
