Job summary

MU Health Care is seeking a radiology technologist to operate advanced imaging protocols including CT Colonography and CT Cardiac. You will evaluate image quality, label priorities for reading by a radiologist, and maintain patient records.

The role includes education and training for student technologists and assisting physicians with new protocols. Shifts are on-site in Columbia, MO, with rotating call and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• CT (ARRT-CT) or NMTCB(CT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced imaging protocols (CT Colonography, CT Cardiac, Stroke perfusion, Trauma, Radiation Therapy Planning).
• Evaluate image quality and label priority for radiologist reading. Maintain patient records and PACS access.
• Educate/train student technologists and assist physicians in new protocols and department duties.
