Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist in Escondido, CA to perform high-quality CT exams and ensure patient safety throughout the imaging process.

You will monitor patient well-being, administer contrast as needed, and communicate clearly to guide patients and address physician questions. A state license and ARRT CT certification are required or must be obtained; BLS may be required depending on state regulations.

Qualifications

• State licensure and ARRT CT certification required or eligible.
• BLS certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
• Administer contrast safely and effectively as needed.
• Guide patients through the exam process with clear communication.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient health information and on-site medications in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
