Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform high-quality CT imaging studies in a patient-centered hospital environment. In this per diem role, you will operate CT scanners, follow established imaging protocols, and work closely with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You’ll verify orders, screen patients for safety and contrast use, position patients, maintain radiation safety standards, document in PACS/EHR, and respond to emergent imaging

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required or eligible.
• Per diem position; maintain flexibility in schedule.
• Experience with PACS/EHR documentation.
• Ability to follow established imaging protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to acquire diagnostic imaging.
• Verify orders and review patient demographics.
• Screen patients for safety and contrast use prior to procedures.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
• Document procedures in PACS/EHR and communicate findings with radiologists.
