Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging during evening and night shifts on a flexible PRN schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours every 6 weeks. The role involves preparing patients and equipment and conducting imaging studies, including portable exams.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or higher, CT/Radiography certification, and at least 1 year of CT experience.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT.
• 1+ year of CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment.
• Independently conduct imaging studies including portable exams and on-call procedures.
• Participate in CT-guided biopsies and other advanced procedures as needed.
• Ensure proper patient preparation and operate imaging equipment.
• Perform quality control and collaborate with medical teams to facilitate accurate diagnoses.

Job description

Must have CT certification or prior experience in radiology or medical imaging, with licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and others. Experience in advanced imaging modalities like CT, MRI, or interventional procedures is advantageous.
