AdventHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams and ensure patient safety in Parker. You will operate scanners, administer IV contrast when required, and document results in EMR/PACS.

Qualifications

• ARRT-registered radiologic technologist (RT) with CT certification (RT(C))
• 1+ years experience in radiology and CT training preferred
• Proficiency with PACS and EMR documentation
• Fluent in English; strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to operate CT scanners safely and follow ALARA principles
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety standards
• Experience with contrast administration and IV setup
• Strong team collaboration and ability to follow department policies

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality CT examinations following provider orders and protocols
• Educate patients about the exam and obtain consent when appropriate
• Operate imaging equipment safely and adjust protocols for all ages
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure continuity of patient care
• Adhere to ALARA and radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff
• Assist with daily workflow and equipment upkeep
• Complete all examinations efficiently while minimizing wait times
