Job Summary and Qualifications

As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT examinations, including brain, spine, facial, sinus, orbits, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, sella, and biopsies. Responsibilities include:

  • Select and perform accurate CT scans with compassion and respect.
  • Operate CT equipment, pressure injectors, and related devices proficiently.
  • Assist with contrast media administration and patient positioning.
  • Document clinical information, obtain consent, and ensure quality images.
  • Stay current with software protocols and participate in ongoing education.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, and accept on-call duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Associate Degree.
