Job summary

HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital in Florida is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform CT imaging procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will operate CT scan equipment, obtain consent, prepare patients, and clearly explain the procedure to ensure safety and comfort while delivering high-quality images for diagnosis.

Qualifications

• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certification.
• Certificate or High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures and operate CT scan equipment.
• Obtain patient consent, prepare patients, and explain procedures.
• Produce high-quality images to assist in diagnosis.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT Technologist works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions. You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Certificate, or High School Graduate / GED
